This will be an awesome tournament and a special thanks goes out to Tear for hosting this tournament. So, if you see him there, please tell him thanks for hosting such an event. Hope to see you all there!
"Get ready to play a lot of games" is false advertising and should be removed. With this setup most people will play 2 games and that's it. Hopefully people still come anyway. Thanks to Tear for putting this together, he's an awesome guy. :)
ReplyDeletecan't wait to be there seems how i missed a couple tournies.
ReplyDeletehaha ya well i am hoping to get a "Select" who reverse all kill through the loser bracket!
ReplyDelete;)
on the other hand, i was thinking of making first few round also bo3 depends on how many people show up...
ReplyDeleteI say that first two rounds should be best of 1 then after that it should be bo3 until finals as bo5. 32 people means top players would still play only like
ReplyDelete10 games max which is like 3 hours.
hmm... okay! I'll keep that in mind. Thanks. Also this is not just byoc. We have 40 computers to use and our computer are capable of running the game on ultra settings :)
ReplyDeleteno they're not, not quite ultra, but they are by no means bad machines (at least as good as the best at versus i would say)
ReplyDeletelolz i played on ultra on there with glowing minerals! ;) but ya thanks for correcting me, boss!
ReplyDeleteterran up the night. the final bracket challonge.com/uofu ;)
